Location : Remote : Raleigh, North Carolina

Full Time : $140K

Contract : $75/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in AI/ML Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications with a focus on AI/ML functionalities.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Document software designs, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, implementing effective solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in AI/ML Engineering, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Experience in developing applications for mobile or web platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML Engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time and within budget
