We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Modeling Engineer / AI Solutions Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML modeling, Python development, conversational AI, and data modeling. This role involves building scalable AI models, developing intelligent chatbot solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI applications.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience in designing, training, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML models.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar.
• Expertise in Data Modeling, data preparation, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Experience designing and implementing Conversational AI/Chatbots using platforms such as Azure Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Rasa, Client Copilot Studio, Amazon Lex, or similar.
• Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing), LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Llama, Claude, or Gemini.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, LangChain/LangGraph, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and big data technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
• Build and deploy conversational AI solutions and intelligent chatbots.
• Develop scalable Python-based AI applications.
• Perform data modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems through APIs.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business stakeholders, and product teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning technologies.
