AI Operations & Administrative Systems Consultant (Contract)

Project-Based / Consultant / Fractional Operations Role

Our client, a real estate and property management firm, is seeking a practical, tech-forward consultant to help modernize administrative and accounting workflows using AI and automation tools.

With strong operational foundations, the goal is not to “replace people with AI,” but to thoughtfully identify repetitive administrative tasks that can be streamlined, automated, or supported through AI-driven systems and workflows.

This person will help evaluate current processes, recommend tools, implement solutions, and help the team transition smoothly into more efficient operations.

This is an ideal role for someone who understands both operations and technology — especially someone comfortable working with accounting/admin workflows, SOPs, automation tools, and AI platforms in a real-world business environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess current administrative and accounting workflows

  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation implementation

  • Recommend practical tools and systems to improve efficiency

  • Help streamline repetitive tasks such as:

    • AP workflows

    • data entry

    • document management

    • tenant/vendor communications

    • reporting

    • scheduling

    • email management

    • workflow routing

  • Create and document SOPs and transition processes

  • Work alongside management and staff to ensure smooth adoption

  • Train team members on new systems and workflows

  • Help leadership prioritize high-impact improvements without disrupting daily operations

  • Serve as a steady operational resource during implementation and transition

Ideal Background

We’re looking for someone who is both technically capable and operationally grounded.
