Job Summary:
The AI Platform Administrator will provide hands-on administration across Sidley’s in-scope AI environments, including Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Workspace and platform administration
- User provisioning and deprovisioning
- RBAC and access management
- SSO/MFA coordination
- License and seat management
- Model and feature-access configuration
- Usage and policy administration
- Skills, MCP connections and plugin administration where applicable
- Integration support
- Coordination with platform vendors for escalated issues
- Administration documentation and knowledge-based contribution

Qualifications
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in CS or equivalent.
- Should have 8+ years of required experience.
