AI Platform Operations Lead Claude & OpenAI

The AI Platform Operations Lead will serve as the cognitive lead, triage point, and backlog owner for operational work across Claude Enterprise, Claude Console, OpenAI API, and OpenAI Codex. This role owns prioritization, escalation, platform changes, troubleshooting, testing, configuration, access, licensing, and day-to-day operational execution across non-production and production environments.
 
The role requires a meticulous, detail-oriented operator who can work independently while maintaining strong governance and close engagement with engineering teams.
 
Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI API.
• Experience supporting AI platforms or enterprise technology operations.
• Experience with troubleshooting, configuration, access, licensing, and testing.
• Strong ability to independently manage a high-volume operational backlog.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

 
Responsibilities:

• Own the inbound operational backlog across Claude Enterprise, Claude Console, OpenAI API, and OpenAI Codex.
• Serve as the primary triage and escalation point for platform issues and requests.
• Prioritize work and coordinate escalation of blockers.
• Monitor Anthropic and OpenAI releases, including new models, features, deprecations, and breaking changes.
• Assess upcoming changes and proactively prepare for their impact.
• Perform hands-on configuration, access, licensing, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Execute operational activities across non-production and production environments.
• Maintain strong governance and close engagement with engineering teams.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure the four supported platforms operate reliably and efficiently.
