AI Process Architect

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Process Architect with a strong background in Business Analysis and Product Management and a deep understanding of how business processes can be transformed through AI-driven solutions.
This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product developers, and AI engineering teams, evaluating existing workflows and designing future-state processes that leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
The AI Process Architect will partner closely with Product Developers and business stakeholders to document current processes, identify opportunities for AI integration, and provide recommendations that improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Discovery
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders and operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions to uncover opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Process Analysis & AI Suitability
  • Assess existing business processes and determine their viability for Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Evaluate potential efficiency gains, technical feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
AI Solution Design
  • Architect future-state workflows incorporating AI-driven automation.
  • Define AI agent interactions, human-in-the-loop processes, decision points, and data flows.
  • Create conceptual frameworks that guide engineering and development teams.
Technical Translation
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Serve as the liaison between business teams and AI developers.
Performance Evaluation & Change Management
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for AI-enabled workflows.
  • Monitor adoption, identify bottlenecks, and ensure solutions deliver intended business value.
  • Support organizational change management efforts associated with AI adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Business Analysis & Process Mapping
  • Advanced experience documenting and optimizing business processes.
  • Strong proficiency with process modeling tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to map current-state and future-state workflows, decision trees, and business rules.
Applied AI Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Generative AI
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Agentic AI Workflows
  • Knowledge of AI limitations including hallucinations, context windows, data quality, and governance considerations.
Prompt Engineering & Prototyping
  • Experience designing, testing, and refining prompts to validate business use cases.
  • Ability to prototype AI-driven solutions before full-scale development.
Cross-Functional Communication
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
  • Experience working within Agile environments.
  • Strong backlog management and user story creation skills.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation, acceptance criteria, and process recommendations.
