    Description

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong background in process engineering, business analysis, or workflow automation
    • Proven ability to break down complex decisions into explicit, logical steps
    • Experience working closely with both business and technical teams
    • Exposure to Generative AI concepts such as:
      • Agent-based workflows
      • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
      • Tool calling
    • Familiarity with:
      • Python
      • APIs
      • Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
    Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
    • Databricks experience (strongly preferred)
    • Experience in regulated industries such as:
      • Healthcare
      • Financial Services
    • Prior work on enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
