Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to map and optimize end-to-end workflows, leveraging your skills as an AI Process Engineer.
- Deconstruct business processes into detailed decision trees, enabling seamless GenAI integration.
- Evaluate process maturity and develop improvement roadmaps to enhance GenAI enablement.
- Translate decision logic into effective GenAI workflows, ensuring smooth execution.
- Work closely with data, platform, architecture, and security teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop backlogs to transition AI from experimental stages to tangible business solutions.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in process engineering, business analysis, or workflow automation, essential for an AI Process Engineer.
- Proven expertise in breaking down complex decisions into clear, actionable logic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams as an AI Process Engineer.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as agents, RAG, and tool calling.
- Proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
- Experience with Databricks is highly desirable.
- Background in regulated industries like healthcare or financial services is a plus.
