What We're Looking For
We're seeking a hands-on AI engineer who can design, build, and deploy enterprise GenAI solutions—not just prototype them. Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on software development experience with Python (or another AI-focused programming language).
Practical experience building AI applications using LLMs, including prompt orchestration and model integration.
Foundational understanding of modern AI architectures and patterns, including:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Autonomous/Agentic AI systems
Experience building AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
Ability to integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) within enterprise applications.
Experience engineering production-ready AI solutions using APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
Comfortable collaborating across business, architecture, and data teams to translate business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
