As part of this journey, we're looking for highly technical, product-minded builders who thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy owning products end-to-end - from concept to production.This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and AI innovation. You'll help design and scale critical fintech capabilities including money movement systems, global financial integrations, ledger infrastructure, and AI-native operational workflows.We're looking for someone who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with sharp product intuition - someone who can identify opportunities, prototype quickly, and ship impactful solutions with minimal oversight.If you're excited about building AI-native fintech products alongside a global and highly collaborative team, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoOwn product and technical problems end-to-end: from idea prototype productionDesign and build AI-native products leveraging LLMs, agents, and automation workflowsRapidly prototype and iterate using modern AI development tools (Cursor, GPT, Claude, etc.)Partner directly with stakeholders across product, operations, and engineering to identify high-impact opportunitiesBuild agentic workflows, copilots, internal tools, and AI-powered operational systemsShape product direction while actively contributing to implementation and architecture decisionsImprove systems continuously through experimentation, feedback loops, and data-driven iterationContribute to scalable backend systems and fintech infrastructure supporting global operationsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field6-10 years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or technical product developmentStrong experience building production-grade applications using at least one backend language such as Golang, Python, Java, or PHPHands-on experience working with:LLMs and AI application developmentRAG architecturesAI agents and automation systemsAPIs and distributed systemsStrong product mindset with the ability to independently identify problems and define solutionsComfortable operating in ambiguity and 01 startup environmentsProven ability to move quickly, ship fast, and iterate based on feedbackDemonstrated experience building and deploying real-world AI use cases beyond experimentation or prototypesStrong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable backend designCommitment to engineering excellence, code quality, testing, and maintainabilityExcellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teamsNice to HaveExperience building internal AI tools, copilots, or workflow automation systems that delivered measurable business impactExperience with:Prompt engineering and evaluation frameworksVector databases and embeddingsWorkflow orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Temporal, etc.)Prior experience in fintech, payments, banking infrastructure, or financial systemsPublic GitHub projects, shipped AI products, or demonstrated technical portfolioWhat Success Looks LikeShips production-ready AI features in days, not weeksUses AI automation to significantly reduce manual workflowsActs as a force multiplier across engineering and business teamsIdentifies and solves product gaps proactively without waiting for detailed specificationsDelivers scalable systems that support rapid global growthWhy Join Us?You'll work on high-impact challenges at the intersection of AI and fintech while helping define how a global company builds and operates with AI. We believe in paying competitively for high-impact talent, especially people who thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
