What You Will Do
Lead the product management process, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance AI-driven products utilizing OpenAI technologies.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and prioritize features.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data insights.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in the AI space.
Facilitate product roadmap planning and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.
Ideal Candidate Background
4+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI or software development.
Proven experience working with OpenAI technologies and understanding of their application in product development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Preferred
Familiarity with B2B and enterprise software solutions.
Experience in a startup environment or with companies in the Series A funding stage.
Background in user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
Compensation and Benefits
