Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an AI Product Manager for a Contract job with a client in New York, NY. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in AI/ML product development, insurance data, and product management, along with a proven ability to lead AI-driven innovation initiatives from concept through commercialization.

Rate Range: $90/hour to $92/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AI Product Manager job responsibilities include:

• Define and execute the AI product vision, strategy, and research roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and revenue growth opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of AI researchers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop and scale AI-powered products.

• Drive the design and implementation of AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, embeddings, synthetic data, predictive analytics, and machine learning technologies.

• Identify high-value business use cases and translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven product solutions.

• Partner with customers, executives, and industry stakeholders to validate product-market fit and identify new commercialization opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Strong experience in Product Management with a focus on technology or AI-driven products.

• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.

• Experience working with insurance data, insurance platforms, or insurance-related business processes.

• Strong understanding of:

• Generative AI

• Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Agentic AI

• Predictive Analytics

• Machine Learning

• Data-Driven Product Development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience within the Insurance industry.

• Experience with responsible AI governance frameworks and model evaluation methodologies.

• Experience launching AI products in highly regulated industries.

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.

Pay Details: $90.00 to $92.00 per hour
