    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated AI Program Lead to act as the single-threaded leader responsible for actively shaping solution architecture, defining scope, and executing AI initiatives. This is a critical, onsite role based in Minneapolis, MN.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC) frameworks, intake processes, and end-to-end delivery pipelines.
    • Lead end-to-end solution definition and proposal development.
    • Define the delivery roadmap, execution model, and solution architecture.
    • Drive alignment across AI DLC, Quality Engineering (AIQE), and App Ops / Observability.
    • Coordinate and manage Jellyfish and Amplitude teams along with engineering and product stakeholders.
    • Ensure clear articulation of building deliverables and drive execution planning.

    Must-Have Skills & Requirements

    • Strong experience in Program leadership (AI, Data or Digital programs)
    • Strong experience in Solution architecture and proposal building
    • Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and Engineering workflows
    • Proven ability to define large-scale transformation programs
    • Strong stakeholder engagement at leadership level
    • 6-8 years of relevant professional experience
    • Fully dedicated resource (not part-time) with a strong ownership mindset

    Preferred Skills & Profile

    • Experience with AI factory frameworks and agent-based / LLM-based systems.
    • Exposure to observability, analytics, and tooling ecosystems.
    • Ability to bridge the gap between vision, architecture, and execution. Capable of intense collaboration.
