Akkodis is seeking an AI Program Lead for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate with experience driving AI strategy, solution architecture, and enterprise transformation initiatives to deliver scalable AI-enabled business solutions and operational excellence.
Rate Range: $64/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
AI Program Lead Job Responsibilities include:
Lead the definition, planning, and execution of AI tooling and AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC) initiatives to support enterprise AI transformation programs.
Drive solution architecture, proposal development, and delivery roadmaps while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and execution plans.
Collaborate with engineering, product, observability, and quality teams to define AI frameworks, intake processes, governance standards, and delivery models.
Manage cross-functional teams, including Jellyfish and Amplitude platforms, to improve engineering visibility, analytics, and AI delivery effectiveness.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, scope definition sessions, and executive discussions to drive decision-making and program alignment.
Monitor program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions, tooling ecosystems, and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
6-8 years of experience leading AI, Data, Digital Transformation, Program Management, or Technology Strategy initiatives.
Proven experience in AI Program Leadership, Solution Architecture, AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC), proposal development, delivery governance, and managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, observability platforms, analytics tooling, stakeholder management, and driving cross-functional alignment from strategy through execution.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $65.00 per hour
