AI Program Manager / Business Analyst

Trident Consulting is seeking an "AI Program Manager / Business Analyst” for one of our clients, A global leader in largest ridesharing.

Role: AI Program Manager / Business Analyst
Location: Los Alamitos, CA (3 days office in a week)
Type: Contract

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in program management, business analysis, project management, or a related role.
• At least three years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Experience supporting distributed sales, marketing, or customer-facing organizations.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology or data initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow design, and data requirements.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, data pipelines, APIs, and evaluation methods.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
