    Description

    Role : AI Programmer Analyst (LLM | RAG | Azure AI | Python) Remote
    Location: New York Remote (Candidates must reside in the U.S.; New York-based candidates preferred)
    Visa: USC/GC only
    Client is seeking an innovative AI Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence solutions that drive business transformation and operational excellence. This role will focus on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and modern AI development frameworks to build intelligent applications and automation solutions.
    The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts with hands-on experience developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise AI applications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technology teams to transform business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions while ensuring security, governance, and Responsible AI compliance.
    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of software development and AI/ML experience.
    • Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise AI applications.
    • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
    • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
    • Experience building AI Agents and prompt engineering workflows.
    • Strong Python programming skills.
    • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business systems.
    • Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
    • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
    • Knowledge of AI model evaluation, optimization, governance, and Responsible AI practices.
    • Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and version control.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience applying AI/ML to AIOps initiatives.
    • Experience with predictive log analytics and anomaly detection.
    • Experience building automated incident remediation solutions.
    • Experience with root-cause analysis using AI.
    • Experience working with cloud-native AI services.
    • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring platforms and observability tools.
