Location: within 50 miles of Concord, CA - 3 days on site mandatory in a week
Pay Range: $75-$80/Hr.

Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of strong Python programming experience.
Deep understanding of agentic AI and proficiency with prompts.
5+ years experience with MongoDB, vector databases, RAG databases, and knowledge graphs.
Experience with consuming LLMs via the internal platform.
At least 1 year of experience with agentic AI
Prior work experience in regulated, high-visibility environments.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with OCP cloud; GCP or other cloud providers are also acceptable.
Ability to implement data, behavior, and compliance guardrails around AI agents.
Experience in the application and orchestration side of agentic AI.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Enhance existing AI agents and develop new ones for full campaign orchestration.
Collaborate with the team to ensure scalable and efficient code development.
Participate in the production pilot and contribute to the paradigm shift where agents serve as the UI for applications.
