Identify opportunities for integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in customer scan workflows.
Gather and summarize customer/market needs, competitive landscape and business goals to guide product/service/solution (PSS) definition.
Determine appropriate PSS positioning and value proposition.
Drive the definition of a PSS family portfolio through Development and Design teams.
Determine initial PSS pricing strategy.
Partner with WW Marketing to create compelling PSS messaging.
Influence third parties to enhance or develop solutions capabilities.
Regularly meet with customers or partners during the definition and development process.
Engage in trade shows, press and analyst events.
Develop insights about customer usage post launch to inform PSS optimization/refinement.
Advises various internal, partner, and customer teams on the needs and requirements of target markets.
Works closely with architects and technology leads, directly engaging with internal and external software development teams.
Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.
Provides direction to team activities and team decision-making processes.

Requirements:
Strong software product management experience.
Ability to define a compelling, data-informed product vision that shapes org-level direction.
Ability to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and remain flexible in the face of uncertainty.
Experience with agile software life cycle / development.
Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical language and translate between the two.
AI fluency.
Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager delivering AI solutions.
Technical knowledge of printers and scan workflows.
Knowledgeable in solutions targeting small to medium-sized businesses.
Experience partnering with external developers.
Education and Experience:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.
