We are seeking an experienced AI Scrum Master with 10+ years of Agile delivery experience to lead Scrum teams and drive the adoption of AI-powered Agile practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum, Agile transformation, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and the practical use of AI tools to improve team productivity and delivery predictability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure effective adoption of Scrum and Agile methodologies across teams.
Leverage AI tools such as Client Copilot, ChatGPT, Jira AI, Azure AI, and similar solutions to improve backlog refinement, sprint planning, reporting, and team productivity.
Use AI-driven insights, Agile metrics, and dashboards to monitor sprint health, velocity, delivery progress, dependencies, and team performance.
Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement through data-driven and AI-enabled recommendations.
Identify and automate routine Scrum activities such as meeting summaries, action-item tracking, status reporting, and documentation using AI solutions.
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, impediments, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
Drive Agile transformation initiatives and promote AI-powered delivery practices to improve efficiency, quality, predictability, and delivery outcomes.
Track and communicate sprint and release progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Establish a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support teams in adopting emerging AI capabilities while maintaining appropriate governance and responsible usage.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or Agile Program/Project Management roles.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Agile Way of Working.
Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered productivity and Agile tools such as ChatGPT, Client Copilot, Jira AI, Azure AI, or equivalent platforms.
Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint velocity, burndown/burnup, delivery tracking, and dependency management.
Experience working with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
Strong risk, issue, impediment, and dependency management skills.
Experience driving Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
