Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams and drive the adoption of AI-powered practices across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum/Agile expertise along with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve team productivity, delivery visibility, and overall Agile execution.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

Ensure effective adoption of Scrum and Agile methodologies across development teams.

Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Jira AI/Atlassian Intelligence, Azure AI, and similar solutions to improve Agile delivery.

Use AI-driven insights and metrics to monitor sprint health, team velocity, delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.

Partner with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Coach teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled delivery approaches.

Automate routine Scrum activities including meeting summaries, action-item tracking, status reporting, documentation, and follow-ups using AI solutions.

Identify and proactively resolve delivery risks, impediments, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.

Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, sprint completion, and delivery predictability.

Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote the adoption of AI-powered delivery practices.

Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, quality, transparency, and predictability through automation and AI.

Collaborate with leadership to provide AI-assisted reporting, delivery insights, and recommendations.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.

Excellent understanding of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Agile delivery practices.

Experience working with Jira and Confluence.

Experience managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, impediments, and sprint metrics.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps.

Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Jira AI, Atlassian Intelligence, Azure AI, or similar platforms.

Ability to use AI and automation to improve Agile ceremonies, reporting, documentation, and team productivity.

Strong analytical, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience leading AI/ML or technology transformation projects.

Experience implementing AI-based Agile or project-management solutions.

CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.

Experience working in large enterprise environments.
