Job Summary

We are hiring an AI Search Optimization Specialist to optimize our online visibility and rank at the top of AI search results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.) for plumbing, water treatment, and well pump services. This role focuses on AI-driven SEO strategies, content optimization, and lead generation funnels tailored to residential plumbing and water services. This is a full-time hybrid or remote position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 – $55,000 per year, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI search optimization strategies to rank Liberty Pure Solutions at the top of AI-generated answers and traditional search engines.
  • Create high-quality, AI-optimized content for website pages, blog posts, FAQs, and service descriptions focused on residential plumbing, water treatment, well pumps, and emergency services.
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels that convert AI and search traffic into booked appointments and service calls.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using modern SEO and AI tools.
  • Collaborate with our team to improve website structure, schema markup, and local SEO for better AI visibility.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including organic traffic, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Stay current with AI search trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience optimizing for AI search engines and traditional SEO.
  • Strong skills in AI prompting and content generation for SEO purposes.
  • Experience building lead generation funnels, preferably in home services, plumbing, or related industries.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent written communication and ability to create customer-focused content.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with local SEO, Google Business Profile, and home service marketing.
