AI Software Engineer

We are looking for strong AI Engineering talent for upcoming opportunities with clients focused on artificial intelligence, automation, and modern software innovation initiatives. We are seeking experienced AI Engineers / Developers with hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, LLM solutions, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation platforms within enterprise and product-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, tool usage, and autonomous workflows
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector search architectures
• Develop agentic AI workflows and multi-agent orchestration systems
• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLM technologies into enterprise applications
• Build scalable backend APIs and AI services using Python and modern frameworks
• Leverage AI development tools such as Cursor AI and modern agent orchestration platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify AI use cases and solution strategies
• Optimize AI system performance, latency, scalability, and reliability
• Contribute to prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation frameworks, model testing, and AI governance initiatives
• Support AI automation, copilots, intelligent search, NLP, and workflow optimization initiatives
• Work within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and maintain AI solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related technical field preferred
• Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent opportunities available depending on client needs

Required Skills:

• Strong Python development experience
• Experience building AI/ML or LLM-powered applications
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies and frameworks
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent workflows
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI/ML fundamentals, fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation frameworks
• Experience building scalable production AI applications and APIs
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong backend engineering and system design fundamentals

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise production environments preferred
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, AI agents, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems
• Experience with tool calling frameworks
• Familiarity with AI development tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP (Model Context Protocol), OpenAI APIs, Claude / Anthropic APIs, Cursor AI, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Vector databases, RAG architectures, FastAPI, Docker / Kubernetes
