AI Software Engineering Lead

The AI Software Engineering Lead at Veralto will accelerate the adoption of AI across software and firmware development, partnering with engineering teams to implement AI-assisted practices. Responsibilities include coaching engineers, developing reusable AI standards, leading workshops, and evaluating emerging technologies. The role requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, hands-on expertise with AI development tools, and proficiency in modern programming languages. Experience with cloud-native platforms, SaaS, APIs, and CI/CD is essential. The position is remote, preferably in Vancouver or Loveland, CO, with a salary range of $180,000-$200,000 CAD and eligibility for bonus pay. Preferred qualifications include experience in embedded/firmware, IoT, DevOps, and water quality technology.
