Requirements - Proven leadership and mentorship skills, experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and AI workflows (including LLM, embeddings, retrieval pipelines). Hands-on experience building AI-powered APIs, system resilience, and governance are essential.
Responsibilities - Manage six direct reports, drive technical strategy, enhance delivery processes, and collaborate with Data Science to shape product roadmaps.
