Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade agentic AI platforms and LLM-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will define end-to-end agent frameworks, establish governance guardrails, and partner closely with engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and responsible AI solutions.
- This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and cloud-native distributed systems, along with strong stakeholder engagement and strategic leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 12–18+ years of overall experience in software engineering/architecture
- 3–5+ years working with Generative AI / LLM-based systems
- Strong experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel)
- Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and embeddings
- Experience designing LLM-driven workflows
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices
- Excellent stakeholder communication and architecture leadership skills
