Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade agentic AI platforms and LLM-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will define end-to-end agent frameworks, establish governance guardrails, and partner closely with engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and responsible AI solutions.
• This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and cloud-native distributed systems, along with strong stakeholder engagement and strategic leadership capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 12–18+ years of overall experience in software engineering/architecture
• 3–5+ years working with Generative AI / LLM-based systems
• Strong experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel)
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and embeddings
• Experience designing LLM-driven workflows
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Excellent stakeholder communication and architecture leadership skills
