Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience building production LLM/Generative AI applications and agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for AI application development and data integration.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and document indexing for enterprise data retrieval.
- Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise databases, APIs, and ERP business applications.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, or comparable enterprise LLM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into working AI solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize LLM-powered agents and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Improve existing AI agents that fail or require excessive manual intervention to enhance reliability and autonomy.
- Integrate LLMs with ERP data, SQL databases, APIs, documents, and other enterprise data sources.
- Develop RAG, data retrieval, document indexing, and data-pipeline solutions to support business use cases.
- Enable conversational generation of reports, analytics, charts, and dashboards for operational stakeholders.
- Improve UX/UI of AI dashboards and workflows to ensure usability for non-technical, operational end users.
