This role is to support automation and digitization of product development workflows. This role focuses on building custom AI and automation solutions that streamline scientific and engineering processes. <\/div>

Key Responsibilities<\/b> <\/div>
Map and transform complex diagnostic workflows into digitized, automated processes <\/span><\/li>
Design and deploy AI‑driven solutions using LLMs, Python/Bash scripting, and integration tools <\/span><\/li>
Build prompts, APIs, and automation frameworks to reduce manual tasks <\/span><\/li>
Ensure AI output quality, mitigate hallucinations, and maintain data privacy compliance <\/span><\/li>
Track KPIs and measure productivity gains from automation <\/span><\/li>
Lead change management and support adoption of new AI tools across teams <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Skills & Experience<\/b> <\/div>
Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and automation tools <\/span><\/li>
Proficiency in Python or Bash <\/span><\/li>
Ability to architect solutions across siloed systems and digitize workflows <\/span><\/li>
Excellent communication skills for partnering with scientists, engineers, and SMEs <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Education<\/b> <\/div>
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience OR Master’s with 2+ years OR PhD <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
