AI Strategist (Synthetic Consumer)

Our client, a Global Leader in the Consumer Appliance Industry has an immediate opening for a part-time AI Strategist for a 2 Month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  

The contractor will provide immediate, short-term backfill support within the Strategy Department. They will step in to own and maintain momentum on the Agentic AI Strategists ('Ghosts') initiative, freeing up the current strategist to support a new high-priority brand project.

This role will manage the build, train, and trial stages of the project, including gathering first-party (1P) data and establishing the contractor project plan. The contractor will collaborate with Brand, R&D, Creative, and Studios leaders, while partnering with the Enterprise Gemini team.

ONSITE ROLE - Downtown Chicago near the River between Michigan and LaSalle Dr.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

• AI Product / Agentic Strategy: Experience setting up, training, or managing AI-driven personas/agents, specifically utilizing 1P data and segmentation frameworks to build synthetic consumers.
• Data & Insight Scoping: Ability to gather, structure, and utilize 1P consumer data, behavioral inputs, and audience segments to guide high-fidelity AI outputs.
• Agile Project Management (Build/Trial Phase): Proven capacity to manage a project plan through development, testing, and piloting stages across cross-functional teams (Creative, Brand, R&D).

Required Experience

• 5-8 years in strategic planning, with specific experience running AI implementation, innovation pilots, or data-driven audience strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Strategy, Data Analytics, Marketing, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with AI development lifecycles, generative AI tools, and LLM frameworks, specifically agentic AI and synthetic research concepts.
• Standard enterprise collaboration tools (Google Workspace).
