We seek an exceptional AI Transformation Consultant to lead enterprise -wide artificial intelligence adoption for Fortune 500 clients and government agencies. This role combines deep technical AI expertise with strategic business acumen to drive measurable AI transformation outcomes.

<\/p>- Design and execute comprehensive AI adoption strategies for enterprise clients
<\/li> - Lead cross -functional teams through complex AI implementation projects ($5M+ budgets)
<\/li> - Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop customized transformation roadmaps
<\/li> - Architect AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with evolving regulations (GDPR, AIDA)
<\/li> - Manage stakeholder relationships from C -suite executives to technical teams
<\/li> - Deliver AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies aligned with responsible AI principles
<\/li> - Lead change management initiatives for AI -powered workforce transformation
<\/li> - Provide thought leadership through client presentations, industry conferences, and publications

Requirements<\/h3>- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field
<\/li> - 7+ years experience in AI/ML implementation with 3+ years in consulting/advisory roles
<\/li> - Proven track record delivering AI transformation projects for enterprise clients
<\/li> - Deep expertise in generative AI, machine learning, and AI ethics frameworks
<\/li> - Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and client relationship building
<\/li> - Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
