Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Survey Programming Research Manager, The role involves leveraging AI tools like Claude and Cursor to program, manage, and quality-check complex, multi-language qualitative research surveys. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in programming within AI and have prior experience in the tech or entertainment consumer insights space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program quantitative research surveys using GenAI tools such as Claude or Cursor.
- Perform data table checks and quality assessments of surveys.
- Develop and manage workflows for survey programming quality checks, localization, and member experience.
- Construct and enforce workflow processes across various quantitative research projects.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for additional research, focus groups, or reporting needs.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in Python and other survey programming tools like Decipher or Forsta.
- Strong quality assurance and management skills.
- Excellent communication and global team collaboration abilities.
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in consumer insights within the tech or entertainment industry is highly beneficial.
This position is designed for those passionate about complex survey design and effective research executions, capable of handling dynamic operational requirements in a remote setting.
