Job Title: AI Tester - Software Test Engineer II
Location: Tysons Corner, VA / Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Tester – Software Test Engineer II to validate and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI/ML-enabled applications and services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing along with exposure to AI/ML systems, APIs, and model validation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test strategies for AI/ML applications
  • Validate AI model outputs, APIs, and workflows
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and edge cases
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, developers, and business teams
  • Support automation testing initiatives for AI-enabled systems
  • Ensure compliance with quality and security standards

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of software testing experience
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications or APIs
  • Experience with API and integration testing
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI model validation or prompt testing
  • Exposure to automation testing frameworks
  • Healthcare or government project experience preferred
