E12Position Summary
The AI & Transformation Lead coordinates and executes artificial intelligence and institutional transformation initiatives across CNM, ensuring alignment with the enterprise data strategy, governance framework, and strategic priorities established by the Chief Data Officer. This role serves as the central point of coordination among data teams and business units to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and guide projects from concept through pilot and enterprise-scale implementation. Facilitates collaboration, governance, and change management to ensure AI and process improvement efforts are practical, ethical, measurable, and deliver meaningful institutional value.Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
AND
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience
