Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Utilization Specialist with robust data science acumen to support the Headquarters United States Air Force Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration, Nuclear Systems Integration Division (AF/A10XC). The ideal candidate will drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and workflow automation within divisional processes while aligning operational practices with Department of War (DoW) guidance and policies. This position requires critical thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration across various stakeholders. Work will be performed onsite in the Arlington, VA area (Pentagon).

Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation and DoW AI policies (GenAI.mil)
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, OR Master's degree (MA/MS) with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
Desired Experience and Skills:
Familiarity with Air Force organizational structure, processes, and operations, particularly in the context of nuclear integration or strategic deterrence.
Working knowledge of collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and task management tools used in DoD or large-scale organizational settings.
Proven track record in developing workflow modernization frameworks and AI-based process enhancements.
DoD staff or Headquarters support experience
