Pay: $21.00-$22.92/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:15am-3:15pm
New Hire Sign-on Bonus: $4,000 total with $2000 paid at 6 and $2000 paid at 12 months!!!

Stetson School is seeking a committed and compassionate Aide Behavioral Counselor II to support students in a structured, therapeutic educational setting. In this role, you will work closely with educators and clinical staff to help students build positive behaviors, develop life skills, and succeed both in and out of the classroom.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with youth and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
