About the Role:
Join Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning as an Aide or Teacher, where you will play a vital role in shaping young minds in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Support children in daily activities, fostering independence and self-confidence.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Observe and assess children’s development and behavior, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.
• Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting preferred.
• Relevant certifications in early childhood education or child development are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
• Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
