AIOps Architect/Eng

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AIOps solutions for infrastructure, applications, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Develop event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Integrate monitoring and observability platforms with AIOps tools to provide centralized event management.
• Implement automated incident detection, classification, enrichment, remediation, and escalation.
• Reduce alert noise and event duplication through intelligent correlation and suppression.
• Develop automation/runbooks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Integrate AIOps platforms with ServiceNow/ITSM, CMDB, monitoring, logging, and ticketing systems.
• Work with APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management, and cloud monitoring solutions.
• Build dashboards, operational metrics, and reports for infrastructure and application health.
• Implement predictive monitoring to identify potential incidents before they impact production.
• Support ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Event Management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, SRE, application, and security teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and automation runbooks.
