1st Shift Air Disc Brake?
Pro Resources has partnered with a local business that develops and supplies leading-edge active safety technologies, energy management solutions, and air brake charging, and control systems and components for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, tractors, trailers, buses, and other commercial vehicles throughout North America.
They are in need of someone to work in their Air Disc Brake department. ?This position doesn't require previous industrial experience, but it is preferred. ?The candidate will be working in a temperature-regulated environment to assembly car parts. ?This is a long-term, temp to direct opportunity, depending on attendance, performance, and willingness to work OT.
Assembling products or components on a production line, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. With the use of tools and equipment to fasten, fit, or cut parts, following specific instructions. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while standing in fast-paced assembly lines with frequent lifting of heavy parts using a lift assist which is a hoist overhead at the appropriate stations. Attention to detail with quality inspections is required and must fill out paperwork. Employees will be required to train on multiple stations while the first day is observational. Other duties as assigned.

Hours:
1st?Shift: 6am – 4pm, Monday - Thursday
?OT may be mandated on Fridays and possibly Saturdays.
Job Description:
- Load and unload parts into bins.
- Assemble parts after they have been cleaned.
- Use silicone to fill spaces.
?
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required to go direct but can start without one.
- Ability to walk, stand, and complete physical work for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Steel-toed boots/shoes are required.
