Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Air Export Coordinator for a company based in Charlotte, NC. This role involves handling working with customer air export shipments. The ideal candidate will be familiar with TSA guidelines, detail oriented and well organized.

Pay Rate
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00aam – 5:30pm

Air Export Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer air export shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Communicate with airlines, agents, and customers to track and manage freight.
- Ensure adherence to TSA regulations and maintain security compliance for air cargo.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare export documentation (AWBs, HAWBs, invoices, etc.).
- Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with internal teams and third-party providers.
- Support the team with other logistics tasks as needed.
Air Export Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in air export operations; freight forwarding experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with TSA regulations and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
Job Type
Full-time, temporary to permanent.
