Crossroads Courier, based in St. Louis, MO, is a leading transportation company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable air freight solutions. Schedule
- Days: Sunday through Thursday
- Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM
- Note: Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $21 - $23, based on experience
- Pay Frequency Biweekly
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and categorize email communications efficiently.
- Enter and organize daily flight schedules and tasks each morning.
- Book, set up, and oversee all assigned air freight jobs.
- Process orders from Crossroads customers promptly.
- Issue alerts and updates to customers and agents regarding job status.
- Communicate any delays or issues to Crossroads Leadership in a timely manner.
- Compile and maintain weekly reports using Excel for internal reference.
- Troubleshoot airline-related issues and adjust bookings as necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment (including food service, production, hospitality, etc)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear instruction delivery.
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
