The National/Area Air Logistics Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all air logistics warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost effective handling of air cargo. This role oversees labor planning, inventory control, equipment utilization, regulatory compliance, and customer service performance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast paced, time critical environment.

How you create impact

• Manage warehouse operations in line with global procedures and guidelines; ensuring SOP, quality and safety adherence
• Lead and develop warehouse leaders and specialists to achieve operational service, safety and quality standards
• Ensure daily warehouse operations are efficient and quality driven, meeting agreed to customer and internal service requirements
• Ensure accurate inventory control, system integrity, efficient processes and flow of cargo through the warehouse including efficient space layout and utilization
• Implement and maintain specialized Air Logistics operational warehouse processes and national warehouse working instructionsCollaborate with other operations teams, gateway, OCC/Trucking, customs and external partners
• Drive process improvement opportunities and develop/apply validated operational best practices, establish and drive key performance metrics
• Optimize warehouse profitability, productivity and utilizationAchieve sustainability goals, support customer audits, and business implementations
• Ensure workforce planing, scheduling, and business continuity plans are in place
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, industry and product standards including applicable certifications and licenses
• Maintain warehouse security, housekeeping, sanitation and asset protection programs
• Manage new warehouse setups, relocations, layout or other changes
