Job Description:
Ready to help define the future of travel at Southwest? As an Air Product Strategy Consultant, you'll lead the strategy and evolution of the products and fare products that shape how Customers shop, book, and experience their journey with us. You'll identify new opportunities, build business cases, influence enterprise decisions, and guide initiatives from concept through execution and optimization. Partnering across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Digital, Technology, Operations, and Customer Experience Teams, you'll transform insights into innovative product strategies that drive revenue, enhance the Customer experience, and strengthen Southwest's competitive position. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on some of the most visible and important products across the Company.

Experience
Required: Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
Strategy development or evaluating performance against strategic goals
Performance optimization for products, revenue, profitability, or similar area
Presenting and communicating analysis regularly in a variety of audiences, including senior executives
Partnering with diverse stakeholder groups to drive consensus
Analyzing raw data to make conclusions and draw actionable insights
Preferred: Experience in consulting
Preferred: Experience within the aviation, hospitality, and/or travel industry
Licensing/Certification
