Air Tester / Roll Bender Machine Operator 1st shift

1st Shift M1 Air Tester / Roll Bender Machine Operator (Coil Cell)
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour

Shift Schedule:
Monday Friday, 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m.
Occasional Saturdays, 6:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Perform air leak testing on products using designated testing equipment
• Operate roll bender and coiling equipment to process tubing and components
• Operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Safely operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment
• Use various equipment including punch straps, trim saws, hand grinders, and shrink wrap machines
• Load, move, and handle materials throughout the production process
• Inspect products for quality and conformance to specifications
• Assist in other departments and perform additional duties as needed to support operational requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/32 "
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 60 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and material handling devices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
