Job Description: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeper to handle turnovers for a short-term rental property. This role is essential in ensuring each guest arrives to a spotless, well-prepared home.
Responsibilities:
Perform full cleanings between guest stays (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas)
Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding
Restock basic supplies (toiletries, paper goods, etc.)
Inspect the property for any damage or maintenance issues and report promptly
Ensure the home is consistently cleaned to a high standard and ready for guest check-in times
Follow a cleaning checklist to maintain consistency
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (short-term rental experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet tight turnaround times
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Compensation:
Flat rate per cleaning
