PAY RATE: $22.26-26/hour

Summary: 

• Perform aircraft assembly, structural assembly, and sheet metal work in a manufacturing environment.

• Assemble aircraft components using hand tools, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

• Utilize tools including torque wrenches, drills, inspection tools, riveting tools, and other assembly equipment.

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly and compliance.

• Perform structural fitting, fastening, and sheet metal assembly to meet quality and manufacturing requirements.

• Support production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and workmanship standards.

• Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to resolve assembly issues and support operational goals.

• Maintain flexibility to support overtime and weekend work as business needs require.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in assembly, structures, sheet metal, or manufacturing.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Experience using hand tools including torque wrenches, drills, inspection tools, riveting tools, and similar equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.

• Candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and any required medical screenings (vision, hearing, or physical if applicable).

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
