Aircraft Avionics Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Avionics Engineer to apply their technical expertise to the integration, testing, troubleshooting, and sustainment of advanced aircraft avionics and mission systems.

Essential Job Functions:

Oversee the development of advanced avionics.

Participate in Systems Engineering Technical Review process.

Evaluate vendor design and requirements documents for technical accuracy.

Provide technical expertise supporting system designs and aircraft integration efforts.

Testing and troubleshooting avionics and integration into aircraft.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline plus 5 years of experience is required. 

Active Secret clearance. 

At least 3 years of experience with avionics.

Desired Skills:

Master's Degree in any engineering discipline.

Familiarity with NAVAIR systems engineering processes.

Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Range: $90,220 - $140,000
