This role is for a Furniture Center Weekend Shift Supervisor responsible for CNC, Fabrication and Veneer processes.Completions furniture experience is recommended. The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the work of a team targeted at 15-25 individuals. The Supervisor will ensure that day-to-day completions shop tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. They will handle scheduling, training, and immediate problem solving. Plans and schedules workloads, ensuring manpower and material come together supporting workflow targets. Complies with all duties and responsibilities set forth in the repair station inspection manual and the standard operating procedures manual. Accountable for maintaining the engagement of the team by establishing environment of collaboration, creating a culture of development where employees are supported in seeking growth opportunities, and guiding team to high quality performance.
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of related technical experience.
