Job Description
As an Aircraft Inspector II, you will be using your skills and expertise to inspect our aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts to ensure airworthiness and conformance to the manufacturers specifications and government regulations. You will be responsible for identifying any breach of standards for airworthiness. Your inspection authority will be limited to in-process inspections of work authorized under your FAA certificate.
Skills
• Active current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe A or Powerplant P or Repairman Certificate • Experience with aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts • Basic understanding of audit and inspection processes and procedures • Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) • Preferred: Exposure to aviation maintenance and/or inspection operations processes and procedures • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or the US Military
