Summary:
Provides technical support for maintenance, repair, and preventive measures to ensure continued safe and economic operations for customers.
Applies technical knowledge to research, develop, test, and evaluate operations, support programs, modifications, repairs, and technical data.
Communicates design and operational issues and concerns with Engineering.
Develops in-service correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
Participates in accident investigation teams or support teams.
Conducts investigations and research on Logistics, Test Status, Operational Problems, Weather Conditions, and Direct IT issues to drive successful conclusions.
Provides accurate maintenance estimates for Flight Test FC and other aircraft maintenance tasks including Work Order description, required Parts, Special Tools, and Ground Support Equipment.
Maintains the TOC database, creates Service Request Task Items, tracks Test Aircraft In-flight, identifies issues for Management Escalation, creates and updates PowerPoint presentations, and leads management status meetings.
Assists logistic support or remote aircraft operations.
Interprets data and presents analysis and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
1+ years of education and/or experience with aircraft maintenance.
1+ years of flight line experience.
Experience with direct, face-to-face interactions with customers.
Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management.
Experience editing PowerPoint presentations and presenting data.
Willingness to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Preferred: 1+ years of flight test experience.
Preferred: Experience with the DWR system, Engineering Furnished and Red Label parts, and organizing logistics support for remote aircraft operations.
Preferred: Airframe and Powerplants (A&P) License.
