Your core responsibilities
- Create an engaging, inclusive learning space that builds technical skill and confidence.
- Demonstrate and supervise practical maintenance tasksfrom inspection to repairwith a relentless focus on safety.
- Partner with peers to develop and refine curriculum aligned to current industry trends.
- Mentor students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
What it takes
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on, practical industry experience (excludes teaching).
- FAA A&P license strongly valued; if not current, we will pay for you to obtain it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic approach that meets learners where they are.
Compensation and perks
- $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
- Weekends off
- Paid training to help you transition into teaching
